Our goodwill refund policy means we are happy to refund you for items you are unsatisfied with. Our policy is in addition to your staturtory rights, as we are not legally required to refund you for items you do not want.
As per our refund policy we offer 24hrs to return an item. This is in exchange for a full refund with a vaild receipt. We require you bring the ordered item(s) in the original packaging and in a resealed condition. This requires most of the item(s) or meal(s) contents to be present.
We will either offer you a refund in the original payment method or offer you crredit for your next order.
There are some items that we cannot refund for; If the majority of the product is used yet you were unsatisfied with it, Delivery charges and Services Charges.
All Deliveries are to be completed within 1hr to 1.5hrs of order taken, delivery time is an estimate and may be with 5-10 minutes either side due to traffic or business of shop.
If no one is at the delivery address at specified time or within the 1hr to 1.5 hrs window when the driver arrives (if telephone number given driver will ring you to check your in when they arrive), no refund is given as this will cost the business in waste food and fuel and time.
